Will Callif

Associate

Will is a corporate, M&A, and equity finance lawyer, who enjoys assisting clients as they start and grow businesses, obtain investment capital, acquire or sell businesses, divest or re-structure operations, or license important technology.

Will is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School (J.D.), where he served as Production Editor for the Transnational Law Review (and a lead article writer for the journal) and earned honors in the Business Law and Financial Services Concentration.

He is also a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A., Cum Laude) where he was a Division I athlete (Rowing) and of Brandeis University where he earned a Master of Arts (High Honors) in Ancient Greek and Roman Studies.

Prior to practicing law, Will taught Latin and English at the Newman School in Boston (grades 7 – 12). He is fluent in Latin and Ancient Greek and enjoys rowing and playing hockey and lacrosse.
