For more than 20 years, David has practiced Corporate, M&A, International Transactions, Compliance and Securities law, working on matters in over 40 jurisdictions globally. He has served in senior roles at leading public and private companies, including as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel (International Game Technology PLC – NYSE) and General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer (Forensic Risk Alliance, Inc.). Before going inhouse, David was a M&A, Corporate and Securities attorney at McDermott Will & Schulte (formerly, Schulte Roth & Zabel) and Stroock & Stroock & Lavan in New York City and Adler Pollock & Sheehan in Rhode Island, where he worked on Mergers and Acquisitions, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactions.

David has a JD degree from New York Law School, where he was a Moot Court Executive Board Member and a twoyear participant in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He also has an MA degree in Political Science from The American University and a BA degree in English from Hobart College.
David is admitted to practice in New York and Rhode Island and is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe. He also serves on the board of directors of the Center for EcoTechnology, a notforprofit organization.
